Search Application Audit

The Brickfactor Enterprise Search Audit is an application audit of your enterprise search solution and the surrounding business processes.

It is designed to provide business and IS departments a standard framework to assess their current enterprise search application implementation to determine what is required to enable the full capabilities of the solution or whether change is required.

The audit can occur during implementation, post-implementation or on a regular scheduled basis as a project guide, decision support and planning tool.

The model was created in response to client requests for a method to assess an organization's rate of adoption of an enterprise solution and to better plan the hand-off of implementation and improvement projects back to operational teams.
